All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in writing, and must be requested within 14 days after delivery, no exceptions. Once your RMA is approved, we will advise you via email with return instructions. Damaged items can only be exchanged. All returned items must be in their original packaging along with all accessories. If you wish to return your items for a refund for any reason other than damage, a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping will be applied to your refund. If you wish to exchange your non-damaged like-new items for other items, a restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. The restocking fee is not intended to penalize the customer – it allows Bulborama to recoup costs associated with preparing for resale and restock fragile products such as light bulbs. When returning products, please use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing claims for lost or damaged returns. All damage and missing items must be reported to Bulborama within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise no claims will be approved. Please inspect all packages prior to signing for them. If any damage is visible, please advise the delivery driver to record damage for the shipment, then make note of the damage of each package along with its tracking number.
