Returns & Exchanges

As of June 2019, items in the following categories are no longer returnable: Compact Fluorescent Bulbs, HID Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Specials and Sale Items, Lighting Accessories, Black Light Bulbs, and Linear Fluorescent Bulbs.  All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in writing, and must be requested within 14 days after delivery, no exceptions. Once your RMA is approved, we will advise you via email with return instructions. Damaged items can only be exchanged. All returned items must be in their original packaging along with all accessories. If you wish to return your items for a refund for any reason other than damage, a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping will be applied to your refund. If you wish to exchange your non-damaged like-new items for other items, a restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. The restocking fee is not intended to penalize the customer – it allows Bulborama to recoup costs associated with preparing for resale and restock fragile products such as light bulbs. When returning products, please use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing claims for lost or damaged returns. Shipping Damage

All damage and missing items must be reported to Bulborama within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise no claims will be approved. Please inspect all packages prior to signing for them. If any damage is visible, please advise the delivery driver to record damage for the shipment, then make note of the damage of each package along with its tracking number. If damage is discovered after unpacking, you may complete the RMA form below or email us at orders@bulborama.com


All products with written or expressed warranties will be satisfied, replaced, or credited when products are installed and used according to proper operating procedures. Warranty periods and services vary by our manufacturing factories and product. Not all products are covered by a factory warranty. When installed properly, all products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase regardless of factory warranty. After 30 days, the customer will be charged for replacement shipping. Light bulb hour ratings reflect a manufacturer and/or factory testing standard and do not designate any warranty. Please note abuse of product, improper installation, incorrect or reverse voltage, usage on incompatible systems, and power surges invalidate any warranty and is to be determined at our sole discretion. Many products will require customer return for testing by our Quality Control department, or when mandated by the manufacturing factory warranty policy of a specific product.
