Bulborama ships its products to customers throughout the world. International customer inquiries are welcome via email or fax, and our sales representatives will be happy to assist you in completing a smooth ordering process. Please review the information below for terms and procedures related to orders being shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States:
1. For fastest international order assistance, contact us via:
Email: orders@bulborama.com
24 hour fax at 702-257-6027
Please include the nature of your inquiry, products and quantities you are interested in, the destination country, and your preferred contact information.
2. Payment must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer prior to release of shipment.
3. International Order and Shipping Policies:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and other US Territories with valid USPS zip codes can be processed electronically via our online store at any time - you will then be contacted via email with additional shipping charges required for your shipping destination. Orders from international countries (including Canada and Mexico) cannot be processed and completed via our online store due to fraud controls and the necessity to establish a valid shipping rate based on the items in your order. International orders can be shipped via carrier of customer's choice or by using Bulborama's preferred rate carriers. Bulborama's preferred rate international shipping offers the customer the added value of our extensive worldwide freight system, normally resulting in reduced shipping costs. All international shipments are shipped fully insured.
For customers seeking to have bulbs delivered to all other countries, bulborama can ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx or through a U.S.-based "Freight Forwarder" of the customer’s choosing. Additional shipping charges will apply and will be determined by the items in your order. The customer is responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies. Payment must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer prior to release of shipment. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the "Freight Forwarder."
